fees:

For an eleven week term. Costs are as follows.

An hour and fifteen minute class: £82:00

An hour class: £68:00

A forty-five minute class: £61:00

A thirty minute class £55:00

All fees are subject to increase at any time, lessons are subject to change, time and studio without notice and there will be no refund for lessons missed by the pupil. For the first 3 weeks of joining, the only liability will be the payment of lessons provided, after which a full terms notice in writing is to be sent to the secretary before the removal of a pupil, or the giving up of any subject. Failing such a notice, full fees in lieu will be charged. Notice must be received by the first day of term. A surcharge at the rate of 10% will be added to all accounts unpaid after half term. The school also reserves the right to refuse entry to any pupil whose fees have not been paid. Karen Clarke reserves the right to ask a student to withdraw from the course. Karen Clarke does not accept responsibility for injury loss or damage to clothing or property.

To enable the child to understand a correction, teaching will involve in some cases ‘a hands on’ approach, if you would rather this does not happen when teaching your child, I would be grateful if you could please inform me in writing.

Please also note that the school can only be responsible for the well being of the pupils during classes, we cannot be held responsible for the safety of the children when they are outside of the classroom. Qualified matrons are available around the buildings and will assist with any requests within reason, i.e. walking a group to a building for their singing or drama lesson.

We would also like to make parents aware that occasionally photographs may be taken for publicity purposes. This may mean your child is in a photograph used. Can we ask if you object to this, to put it in writing to us.
